Rules and Regulations:
-All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will either pay your Full P&I payment or $1500.00/month, whichever is less.
-Refinances and Purchases are both eligible
-No overpayments or property taxes will be included
-Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first
-Not assignable or portable
-Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change
-Draw will be performed by an independent third party. Only the winner will be contacted.
